Like any obnoxious sociopath with a god complex, Dio is all about setting the mood...in less meta terms. A moment ago, their stage was an empty one, and Lisa Lisa's approach was not hindered, yet even so the feeling of being watched was apparent. Once she's halfway up the staircase however, he seems to be just...there at the top, upper body tilted back, hands on his hips and head raised, all to give him this weird angle he can use to literally look down on her even more, while JoJo posing the hell out of his spine.
